Ultrasonic: obtained know-how

During the development of this project, we have acquired many experiences that have considerably increased our knowledge:

- Thorough understanding of the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of titanium alloys.

- Find of qualified suppliers for titanium alloys supply.

- Learning of technological properties of titanium alloys: tools, machinery, processing ways and work cycles suitable for this special material.

- Purchase of two new machines for laser cutting of sheet metal and related staff training.

- Technological and training update of technical dept. of 3 skilled technician.

Every one of these technicians followed a training course to be updated regarding technical and methodological project specifications. They has been equipped with any needed additional tool, among which we indicate a new, more powerful company server with more memory capacity and speed in the sharing/exchanging files.
