Ultrasonic: basic idea

ULTRASONIC Project: Achievement of a new ultrasonic welding system for VFFS flexible packaging machine.

Basic idea of this project is the usage, in packaging field, of ultrasonic welding technology, already implemented in other industrial applications. The usage of ultrasonic welding technology allows to obtain better quality package's weldings compared with traditional ones, to decrease the raw material quantity needed for packaging and decrease electric energy consumption of packaging machines.



Compareto to products already on the market, the great innovative boost of our research, that we trust it will guarantee to our project's partners the strengthening of their leader position in next years, is that until now there is no acceptable implementation of this technology in flexible packaging field, to replace already known technologies.
